Anthropologie™ Minka Planter Dupe How-to

Updated: Feb 9, 2023

You guys know I love a cheap Anthropologie™ dupe and this one is perfect for Spring! I spend less than $20 on my supplies and the process is surprisingly simple.

Here’s what you’ll need:

· Hot glue gun + glue

· Old credit card or plastic spackle knife

· Beige spray paint

· Gloves

· Textured spray paint (optional)

STEP 1:

Using your hot glue gun, place a good amount of glue on each bead and put them on the planter in vertical rows. Spacing depends on your preference and what you like! You can always reference the picture of the Anthro planter to get a better idea.

STEP 2:

Put on your gloves and add joint compound all around the planter. Make sure to get in the tight corners around the beads but try to avoid the tops of the beads.

STEP 3:

Let the joint compound dry completely.

STEP 4:

Cover ground and spray with beige spray paint

STEP 5:

Repeat with textured spray paint

TA-DA! Easy as that. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below!
